1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Enzonic Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. Enzonic Pro is operated by Enzonic LLC, registered in Kentucky (KY).

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Enzonic Pro is billed on a subscription basis ("$2/mo"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Enzonic LLC cancels it.

3. Free Trial

Enzonic LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a Free Trial for a limited period of time (7 days). You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage the Service, Services, or general business of Enzonic LLC.
